Turn Type One into Type None

 Event 4:

Completely overlooked that Macquarie are having the Family Day this coming Sunday, 24th.

Rather than do the 2.4k swim at Coogee I am  going to combine a long run (21.1k or more) with the 1k Coogee ocean swim.

This supports the criteria as set out in Goal 4 of the Immediate Goals section – “Fit all of this in around family life!”

The plan for Sunday is:

7am – Centennial Park – meet at Kiosk

9.15am – Coogee 1k Oceanswim
